HIGH LOW - Asymmetrical Stlye

What is this??? High low or asymmetric design.  It can be a dress or skirt.   I think this type of design is cool.  I have a high low skirt that I purchased from Glamorous fashions and wore it for a Zahara concert(Post the pics later)  So i thought I could share how a high low skirt or dress can be worn or made with Chitenge. What do youthink?? Would you rock this?
